There are two core meditation groups to reach whole healing integration: Somatic Meditation Group (taken first 6 months) and Mature Attachment Transformation Group (taken second 6 months). Inquiry Meditation Group is taken monthly, alongside the core groups. Upon completing Mature Attachment Transformation, a person may end their membership feeling whole and at peace; Or, a person can complete the final group Enlightened Reality to align all their inner work with their desired outer reality.

Somatic meditation groups are offered in person June 2025 in Dallas and Rockwall Texas, and run until November 2025. The groups will be held one Friday per month for 2 hours.

Sol Heals uses inquiry, somatics and bioenergetics to support a person’s transformation to whole integration. This differs greatly from mindfulness in that somatics and inquiry engages the mind and sensory experiences within the meditation. Mindfulness is focused on pure objectivity and being present, without direct engagement, which are vital skills not easily acquired. When the ego resists, bioenergetics and inquiry support a person through this to reconnect toward spiritual oneness.

Pause meditations when you are faced with new mental health challenges, medication changes or substance use. Otherwise this combination could cause:

  • Altered states of consciousness: These could include unexpected and potentially distressing experiences.
  • Confusion and disorientation: Difficulty thinking clearly and understanding your surroundings.
  • Dissociation: Feeling disconnected from reality or yourself.
  • Difficulties achieving calm: Substances can interfere with the body’s natural relaxation response, making it harder to benefit from meditation.

Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional with any serious concerns you have for your health.

Start off by making the routine as easy as possible. What are you already doing that is a routine? Could you add meditation for a few minutes on the end of that? Or, you could add meditating in to your bedtime routine. Sometimes it takes getting attached to the relief meditation provides to motivate a person to put it in their routine. Our groups will provide you all the tools to feel into relief and other amazing sensations. Simply attending group will encourage you to practice more as well.
